The camping field is situated next to Tetford Country Cottages & Fishery and is located in the heart of Tetford village in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

There are two pubs within walking distance (nearest is only a few 100 yards) both serving good food and real ales and they also provide a take away service.
Tetford village has a regular bus services to the local Market towns of Horncastle and Louth where you can connect to other services.

Our site is located diagonally opposite the village hall and recreation field which also has a children's play area with swings and other play equipment.

Tetford Country Cottages and lake can be readily accessed on foot by crossing over the footpath which runs down the left hand side of the field. There is an on-site Breakfast & Tearoom serving cooked breakfasts, lunches, teas, coffee, cakes, cold drink, sweet and ice creams.

Non-members can join the Camping and Caravan club on site.

Site Facilities
Up to five caravans/motor homes are permitted.
Six 10A electric hook-ups, in two groups of three, situated by the trees in the centre of the field
The drinking water tap is situated close to the left most electric hook up point
Access to fishery toilets (WC and basin with hot and cold water)
Separate shower area and wash basin (with hot and cold water) co-located with laundry facilities and a second WC.
Chemical disposal point with wash out hose situated adjacent to fishery toilets
Rubbish disposal bins adjacent to field in fishery car park
Camp fire area (you must seek permission before lighting an open fire)
No washing up facilities are provided. Please bring your own bowl or ask to borrow one from us.
Grey waste water with foodstuff removed can be disposed of in the undergrowth at the margins of the camping field. Please DO NOT use wash basins for washing up.
No hard-standings so not particularly suitable for Motor Homes when the ground is soft

Fishing
Camp site guests can purchase day tickets to fish at Tetford Country Cottages and a weekly (7 day) ticket is available priced at five times the individual day rate. Night fishing is not available to camp site guests, day fishing is restricted to a 7am start and may be further restricted if necessary.

Bookings
If possible it is best to phone in advance to book your pitch as we can only permit up to five caravans/motor homes at any one time. However if you just arrive on site without a booking we will be only too please to accommodate you if we can.

Arrival
You may arrive from 12pm onwards. Arrival before 12pm may be possible subject to availability of pitches and hook-ups and so please call in advance to check. The site has it's own entrance from East Road next to Tetford Country Cottages entrance. The club sign is displayed on a gate post. Pitches are not marked or allocated and so please choose your own spot with consideration to others and with reference to club rules. Please avoid the areas nearest to the electric hook-ups unless you will be hooked-up. Once you have settled in please come to Tetford Country Cottages reception/tearoom to pay for your pitch or if closed then please come the next morning. Payment on site is by cash only. Members please bring your membership card with you.

Departure
Departure is expected before 12pm. This may be extended subject to availability of pitches and hook ups and we may make an additional charge. Please ask.

Payment
Payment on site is by cash only and is due on arrival.  Payment for advanced booking can be made by cheque payable to Mr I Reed provided it is received 10 days before arrival. Members please bring your membership card with you. We cannot accept card payment for camping or membership packs.
