We provide accommodation of 1 and 2  bedroom cottages sleeping between 2 and 4 people per cottage.  Our holiday cottages are situated in two buildings one is converted and extended from the old stables, the other is purpose built. All provide spacious living accommodation with their own lounge with TV some with DVD player, kitchen/dining area and bathroom/shower room. They are fully furnished and equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Beds are made ready for your arrival. You only need to bring towels and any personal items.   We welcome large parties and group holidays and these can be accommodated in adjacent cottages. Most of our cottages are very close to the lake which you can get to easily via patio doors.  Our Access Statement gives details of our site and accommodation which are particularly important to guests who may be disabled or have limited mobility.

All Cottage kitchens are fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.  A Travel cot is available free of charge. There is a shared laundry room equipped with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. A rotary clothes line, iron and ironing board are also available

Our fishery rules are available on request and and are available in the cottage and around the site

Please note that  we have not increased our prices from last year but are now charging for electric.  A deposit on arrival £100 - £200 for electricity will be due and any electricity not used will be refunded on departure
