Accomodation
Our holiday cottages are situated in two buildings one is converted and extended from the old stables, the other is purpose built.
All cottages have their own lounge with TV and DVD player (which also plays CD’s), kitchen/dining area and bathroom. They are fully furnished and equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Beds are made ready for your arrival. You only need to bring towels.
Short stays of only 1 night can be accommodated in our Lodges, 11 Manor Lodge and 12 Farm Lodge. We provide towels for Lodge guest.
Bed & Breakfast is available with breakfast served in our Tearoom from 8am or cereals, toast, fruit juice, tea/coffee can be provided for self service in your accommodation)
We welcome large parties and group holidays and these can be accommodated in adjacent cottages.
Most of our cottages are very close to the lake which you can get to easily via patio doors. Your can see which cottages are closest to the lake on the site plan and from the distances in the table below.

Booking
To check availability online click the ‘Availability Online’ button to access our availability grid. Select the start day of the week then the check in date and holiday duration and from the drop down menus. You can choose to arrive on any day of the week and you can also click on any ‘SB’ to display availability for short breaks of less than a week. The cost of available holidays matching your search are displayed in the left hand column of the grid. Click a dark blue highlighted price or the reserve button to book.
A cross ‘X’ means we are already booked so please try another date or give us a call as we can often accommodate you in an alternative cottage and often at no extra cost. The grid also shows availability after the dates you selected. You will need to modify your search or click on the underlined date headings at the top of the columns to select the required dates before you can click to book.

All Cottage kitchens are fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils. Lodge Studios have kitchenettes equipped with 2 ring hob and microwave (no oven or grill), fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils. A Travel cot is available free of charge. There is a shared laundry room equipped with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. A rotary clothes line, iron and ironing board are also available (see facilities page)
