Our private lake is
2 acres and an ideal water for the pleasure angler. It is well
stocked with bream (to 4lb), tench (to 7lb), roach, rudd, perch
and carp (to 20lb).
We can
comfortably accommodate up to 30 anglers. Wheel chair & mobility
vehicle access is available to several pegs and there is a disabled
peg close to the main car park.
We have fishery toilet facilities close to the lake (unfortunately
without disabled access at this time)
A current
EA Rod Licence is required for each angler aged 12 years and
over and must be available for inspection so please bring your
licence with you.

Our private fishery is free to cottage residents. We do not provide
day fishing to the general public and so you can be assured that there
will always be pegs available. Residents can fish around the clock if
they wish and so we're an ideal venue to try night fishing especially
with children who will not be far from a warm & dry bed if its needed.
.
We stock a selection of non-live bait and terminal tackle in our
onsite Tearoom/shop. We stock products from local supplier Castaline.
There are good local bait/tackle shops in Louth, Horncastle & Alford.
The rivers Witham and Bain are within 15
minutes drive and there are also a number of day ticket fisheries
in the area so you can try a number of different venues from your base
here. See our activities page for
