Our holiday cottages are situated in two buildings one is converted and extended from the old stables, the other is purpose built.
All cottages have their own lounge with TV and DVD player (which also plays CD's), kitchen/dining area and bathroom. They are fully furnished and equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Beds are made ready for your arrival. You only need to bring towels.

Short stays of only 1 night can be accommodated in our Lodges, 11 Manor Lodge and 12 Farm Lodge. We provide towels for Lodge guest.
Bed & Breakfast is available with breakfast served in our Tearoom from 8am or cereals, toast, fruit juice, tea/coffee can be provided for self service in your accommodation&B)

 We welcome large parties and group holidays and these can be accommodated in adjacent cottages.

Most of our cottages are very close to the lake which you can get to easily via patio doors. Your can see which cottages are closest to the lake on the site plan and from the distances in the table below.

All Cottage kitchens are fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils. Lodge Studios have kitchenettes equipped with 2 ring hob and microwave (no oven or grill), fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils. A Travel cot is available free of charge. There is a shared laundry room equipped with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, these operate on an honesty box basis at £1 per load for each. A rotary clothes line, iron and ironing board are available free of charge (see facilities page)
