Bramble has some
additional facilities to make it more suitable for customers who have
mobility difficulties and may require wheel chairs or mobility
vehicles. All rooms are ground floor and there are no internal steps.
All doorways are 32" / 812mm wide with a minimum clearance of 30½" /
775mm. (except rear sliding patio doors). The path to the front door
is level with the threshold to allow easy wheelchair access. The bathroom has a corner power
shower with seat and hand rails and there is a hand rail next to the
WC. These are all shown in the photographs below. Bramble is the
closest cottage to the car park and there is a parking space that is
only 7 meters from the front door and this can be reserved. Bramble is
also closest to the paved pathway that leads to the lake and many of
the fishing pegs in this area can be reached by wheelchair of mobility
vehicle. Mobility vehicles can be parked undercover in the tackle
store building and there is power available for recharging. We
